Epic Crates phone cases are individually crafted for you by 3D printing technology and constructed by real human beings.
With this knowledge, the images for each phone case design are to be considered examples of what you might receive. The colors and color transitions of your purchase will be very similar, but each Epic Crates case is handmade and unique on its own. Minute color transition differences may occur but will not be so large as to change the design you selected. Thank you for shopping small!
Epic Crates phone cases are designed to protect your device from normal, everyday wear-and-tear events. Epic Crates is not liable for any damage that occurs to your device due to deliberate misuse of our products or a lack of proper device handling.
Return/Exchange/Refund (RER) Policy
Our crates (unless otherwise noted) come with a 60 day return-exchange-refund policy starting from the date of product delivery to the customer. If you are dissatisfied with your product, we would like to make it right. Please inform us by email at epiccratesus@gmail.com and send us your:
- name
- billing address
- order number
- reason for return
- whether you would like a refund or exchange
We will then email you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form with a RMA number for you to print and include with your package. Your package MUST include both the product you purchased and the RMA form we ask you to print and include.
*If one of these items is missing in your package, the RER process will be delayed and Epic Crates will NOT be held responsible for delays caused by missing items.*

Once your package is received by our team and processed, an exchange will be sent OR a refund will be issued. Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be credited back to the card you used for your order, as banking institution refund times vary.
Epic Crates phone and tablet crates go through an extensive quality control process before being shipped to customers. Defective products CAN be exchanged or refunded. If the status of a returned crate(s) raises suspicion to intentional misuse or mishandling of our product(s) – an exchange or refund will NOT be granted.
Epic Crates reserves the right to approve or deny of any return on a crate-by-crate basis.
Lifetime Replacement Policy
Epic-Crates crates comes with a Lifetime Replacement Policy. This policy curtails and embodies the specific phone crate model and color originally ordered by the customer. This policy is in place for crates that have accumulated wear and tear over time from use. The Lifetime Replacement Policy is not transferrable to other crate holders, just the original customer. Please inform us that you would like a replacement by emailing us at epiccratesus@gmail.com and please include your:
- name
- billing address
- order number

Once your package is received by our team and processed, a replacement or the closest suitable replacement for your crate will be shipped back to you. Natural wear and tear of our crates are expected after a considerable amount of time in the elements (i.e. slight tear in finger strap). However, if the status of a returned crate(s) raises suspicion to intentional misuse or mishandling of our product(s) (i.e. warped TPU material from extreme heat exposure, completely torn finger strap) – the Lifetime Replacement Policy will effectively be void for the respective customer and crate. The customer will be informed of this, their old product will be destroyed, and a replacement will NOT be sent back. NO refunds will be issued.
Shipping Policy
Epic Crates strives to send our products out the door as soon as possible once ordered by our customers. Shipping takes place between 12pm-2pm M-F, excluding major US holidays. Tracking numbers and shipping are bought and paid for on WooCommerce using EasyPost to generate a USPS shipping label and tracking number. Customers will receive updates about their order via email they provided previously for their order.
If your tracking number is not working, please allow 24-36 hours for the tracking number to be updated in the USPS system. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you.

Comment and Review Policy
Epic Crates appreciates product comments on our website. Comments and reviews are necessary for product placement and rating. As a company, we cherish the freedom of speech granted by our natural First Amendment rights. However, Epic Crates reserves the right to delete comments and posts on our website that do not represent the company and go against our Comment and Review Policy. This includes any comment, post or thread containing:
- Vulgarity
- Offensive language
- Racial slurs or themes
- Discrimination of any kind
- Sexual or explicit themes
- Suggestive themes
- Any use or mention of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, etc.
- Any use or mention of sexual suggestiveness
- Any use or mention of firearms, weapons, knives, hammers, axes, spears, etc.
- Any theme that does not correlate between itself and our product(s)
Offenses that are intercepted by our team will be recorded, documented and reported to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, as well as the Fullerton Police Department.
