All Epic Crates are 3D-printed and hand-crafted in the USA.

Our crates encompass the following elements:

1. Crafted entirely from TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) – shockproof, eco-friendly and 100% biodegradable.

2. A built-in fingerstrap for stability while walking, laying down or showing others your screen.

3. The FIRST sound redirecting phone case of its kind – enhances the sound of videos or music.

4. A strong utility structure that minimizes impacts to the screen and cameras ports, with our intuitive design structure.

5. Unique button pylons/pillars for button control.

6. Optional charm/jibbitz holes printed into fingerstrap – just tell us in the order notes during checkout (No Extra Charge).

Our crates are for select Samsung and Apple iPhone models.

Current lead time: 2-4 business days.

60 Day Return/Exchange/Refund (RER) Policy: This product comes with a 60 Day RER policy from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please email us at epiccratesus@gmail.com with your order information (name, billing address, order number), reason for return and please indicate if you would like an exchange or refund. We will then email you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form for you to print and include with your return package. Return shipping and handling is paid by the customer and can be shipped to:

Once your return package is received and accepted by our team, an exchange will be sent OR a refund will be issued to the card we have on file. Please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be credited back to your account.

*Epic Crates phone and tablet crates go through an extensive quality control process before being shipped to our customers. Defective products CAN be exchanged or refunded. If the status of a returned product raises suspicion to intentional misuse or intentional mishandling – an exchange or refund will NOT be granted.

*Apple iPhones and Samsung phones are not for sale on this site, and Samsung phones and/or iPhones are not included with the order of an Epic Crate.*
